We done a roof survey on a failed epdm flat roof which had rainwater penetration and condensation issues on Sunderland Empire.
The Sika technical team done some calcs and sent me a warm roof specification.
/ Sarna vap 500 vcl
/ 80mm tissue faced Sikatherm
/ Sika plan lead fleeced backed membrane.
/ New cast guttering and Sarna detail.
These works carry a 15 year warranty but has a life expectancy of 40+ years.
